RE: Audio Sync Issues When Using the Speed Video Effect
The program I am using is Movie Edit Pro 2016. This has been my first time editing a larger project and I've noticed considerable lag after multiple uses of the Speed video effect. It wasn't so much of a problem in the beginning but after a segment

RE: MEP Premium 2022 - sync with wav file
@emmrecs, @magix_dr Hi . . . . From what you say I suspect it is not actually 48kHz but at a higher sample rate. . . . . That was also my thought, an odd bitrate, however for this to speed up I would have expected it to be a lower sample

@Joe-Berg Hi . . . . when I do a run with Zoom on, the quality of the result is very bad, can't use it. . . . . If you are viewing at a resolution higher than the original, eg if the project setting is FullHD1920x1080 and the original video clip is

RE: [Closed] VPX/MMS update schedule
@CubeAce Hi, Yes I do like to play with effects but a lot of those listed come into play with just general editing, I haven't listed any problems have I? I've listed features that are in most other editors but not MMS. I'd like to know which of that

RE: Saving videos question (Saving YouTube vids to PC for later)
@Eric-Elliott Eric, of course. Just export them in MPEG-4 format. I think this was mentioned before, but just pick the bitrate that will give you the largest file size you can stand to upload. For example, you have a 1920x1080 video that is 10

RE: VPX14 cannot output edited video at the same frame rate as the source
Yes, I normally use AVC or HEVC codec output and could do so at 60 fps, but that requires some dropped frames along the stream, does it not, so as not to change the overall motion speed in the video over a given time sequence? Thanks for the tip

RE: System hardware not being utilized
@Reyfox @AAProds @Former user @Daxton-Eakins @johnebaker I think as well as clock speeds, amount of ROPS, generation of ram, cache sizes etc, the one thing that tends to get overlooked is the parallel processing involved. Both in CPUs and GPUs. The

Mixdown Speed Much Better with Magix Screen Maximised
I recall a post of some time ago about mixdown speeds for a DV project that were around 30% faster when the Magix screen was minimised. I tried it a couple of times on my old system and did find that minimising the screen did seem to speed the

RE: Import issues
@bvolbeda Hi. The read speed of 130MBs a second is extremely slow for an external drive. Normally I would expect around 625 MB/s from an external SATA drive or faster from an external SSD. Is it a thumb drive or a memory stick of some kind? In which

@browj2 Hi John . . . . In VPX, selecting all and applying a speed adjustment only modified the objects on track 1 (and audio on track 2) . . . Works fine on any track combination for me in VPX 15 including this one. John EB

Neat Video-Best System Components CPU and GPU

@LoganTMT @CubeAce Well, there's certainly something crazy going on here (Magix MMS 2024). I set the movie settings frame rate to 59.67.and imported a 59.94 file. I tried to export to MPEG 4 (H264)at 59.67 and it ended up being twice as long,
