Can I use Magix Music Maker 17 to put together commercial audio clips if I don't use Soundpool 17 files or any of the demos that come with the program?

It's my understanding by reading the post in here that to create music using the soundspool 17 or later files , or the demos that come with Magix 17 that I might like to try to sell, I would have to purchase a commercial license for 199.00.
