RE: Put MP4 and MOV on same project; one fine the other crazy jumping picture
Make a small, non-confidential project exhibiting the problem and use File > Backup > Copy project and media into a folder, zip it up and upload it to a host site (I use Dropbox for instance) so that we can see what you mean.

RE: blurry still photos in MEP 2014+ when changing output size
Hi, Difficult to help without seeing the source material and results at various resolutions. Can you make a small, (non-confidential) project exhibiting the problem and use File > Backup > Copy project and media into a folder, zip it up

RE: Sliding a set of objects?
Hi Walter, That looks good! Is it with MEP 2014? I'm having a bit of difficulty understanding exactly. Would it be possible for you to use File > Backup > Copy project and media into a folder, zip it up and upload it somewhere, or email

RE: MEP2015 with Paintshop Pro X7 Ultimate - does it work both ways?
Gentlemen, Thank you for your replies. I took the plunge and purchased PSP 7 Ultimate. Sale is for the weekend only. Terry, you say you have PSP 8? Back to the future? I installed both 32 and 64 bit versions, along with FaceFilter and

RE: Extracting files from burned DVD
Hi Kyle, In this case it doesn't matter much, as the answer is essentially the same with all versions of MEP. But there's no such Magix product as 'Movie 15'. Do you have the years old Movie Edit Pro 15, or perhaps the very latest Movie Edit Pro

Hello Terry Thanks very much for your rescue in pointing me to the backup copies - & I found the best one with hardly anything missing except the dreaded black screen. Have you any idea what key I might of hit? Can you load a blank screen to

RE: Many questions and issues with MEP 2015 Plus
Hi, 1. Let's start with the definitions: In MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2015 you will be working with "projects", "movies" and "objects". In order to work quickly and intuitively, it is important to know the differences between these three

Hi, I'm guessing from "...same deal as most..." that you mean you've researched similar issues and still found nothing helpful? Did that include my reply to a similar question about seven months ago, which solved that user's problem? Here's

RE: pathway not found
Hi, I just answered a similar question in the Discussions area. See this thread. Let me know if there is something that you don't understand. It shouldn't matter which version that you have, you should keep most soundpools in one location.

RE: Could someone please explain the difference between Save As, Backup, Manage/Export in Magix Edit Pro 2014 Plus?
Hi Prue, Further to Terry's message, in the Help manual, read pages 34 to understand what a project is, 218-219 and 333 for backup and backup copy, 237-238 exporting, 243-250 for definitions of almost everything you asked for. You could have

RE: Could someone please explain the difference between Save As, Backup, Manage/Export in Magix Edit Pro 2014 Plus?
Hi, Have you read about each of those topics in the PDF manual? To answer your first question, do you have automatic saving enabled as shown here? That will save your project to the folder you specified in the current Projects folder,

RE: Sudden stop encoding or exporting film using Movie Edit Pro 16 Plus.
Very odd. 1. I'm a bit puzzled re your comment about checking the range. When you do a full export, have you unchecked the box 'Only export selected range' , just in case there is a badly behaving range set somewhere? 2. To make fault

RE: Importing in sequence is not working right. How to fix?
There is no setting to do this automatically. Hi John, Maybe the OP is referring to the auto backups that are placed in the specified project folder. Of course, these are not copies of all of all files, just project files. So

RE: Importing in sequence is not working right. How to fix?
Hi, Re the created directory, I presume that you are talking about the backup directory. As far as I know, you actually have to create this by going to File, Backup copy, Copy......, or either Alt+S or Shift+R. There is no setting to do this

RE: How do you resize pictures with Photo Manager 12?
Ahhh! You want to reduce the file size. You should have said that at the beginning. That is not a good idea if you ever want to use the photos or print them, unless you keep a copy of the original file somewhere. Photos and videos become
