  @John-Wurm If you see a preview you are basically good to go. Have you tried to record with another software, for example OBS https://obsproject.com/ or the new trial version of Magix Video Deluxe or Magix Vegas? Maybe the software version of Rescue

  @WayneF-Dorothy As I see it, their marketing team is to blame here. SpectraLayers and 3D Reverb aren't part of the non-Suite version of Sound Forge. If you're lucky they will own their mistake and honor your purchase and you might get the licenses.

  @CubeAce Hi Ray, I see that you are using Avast Free virus scanner. Personally I don't like freeware virus scanners. Disable Avast Free and set Windows Defender as your default virus scanner and see what the result is. Good luck,Rob

  Thank you SP, you were correct the premium version was needed, after another hour I am able to see the video on the computer screen. The new problem is that when I click on "transfer video to computer" the video freezes and nothing more happens.

  Hi Peter, Select the object, go to Effects, Speed. You should see 20 fps as the speed. Change this to 16 for R8 or 18 for S8, enter. The object will be stretched a bit longer on the timeline. This is independent of the project settings fps. John CB
