  A BIG THANK TO YOU GUYS FOR YOUR GREAT CONCERN. I THINK WE FOUND THE PROBLEM AND IT HAS BEEN SOLVE, I DISACTIVATE MY ANTIVIRUES THEN UNINSTALLE THE PROGRAM AND REINSTALLED A FEW MINTES LATER WITHOUT THE ANTIVIRUE AND THE X3D NOW OPEN SMOOTHLY.

  I have worked it out as soon as I posted, my sincere apologies! I had to open the Steinberg Auth Manager and press activate, and it turned my Spectra Layers ONE into PRO. Thanks again!
