RE: Your own custom Soundpools
Hi, Here are some past threads about the subject. The first one has a link in one of my messages. The second one has a few links. Some may cross each other. Look at the links. As far as I know, you can ignore the "_msi_keyfile." You

RE: Alright, so I'm totally new here and to creating my own music so bare with me. First off, I'm made some drums sounds with the drum machine and chosen a base riff from the templates. How do I get them to match up bpm wise?
I would suggest to find the right bpm for your genre of music you are going for 90,100,120,128 are the most popular, however play around with the bpm if it sounds too radical slow it down a bit, if that doesnt work try starting off and practice

RE: Changing chords
There is more. I hadn't looked at the sources so I didn't notice that there were more files that didn't show up. This was because they were missing synonyms. The source Soundpool files should be

RE: Can I use EZKeys in Magix Music Maker 2015? I can't get MMM to recognise it?
Hi Glen, As per your PM, you managed to get EZKeys to work by putting it under VSTPlugins. Just to confirm, here is where I would have put it: C:\Program Files (x86)\VSTPlugins and under other subfolders, like this: C:\Program Files

RE: Using BPM wizard ( Automatic tempo recognition) MEP Pro 2015 plus
Hi, The Remix agent creates audio objects that are 1 bar long from whatever beat that you put in. Don't worry about the BPM unless you see that the automatic beat recognition is incorrect. You may have to tap the beat to get the beat markers at

RE: How to record a set number of bars for each instrument and overdub them without having to trim my own loops
Hi, It is not obvious at first and takes a bit of learning, but you can create the sections in MMM as you did with your Yamaha. I still don't quite understand how to make it work 100% but I am getting there, so this is also for me to remember

RE: MEP 2015 has Timestretch/Resample control for audio mapped to "audio fx" instead of Timestretch/ Resample control.
The first image is what I actually see when selecting the Timestretch/Resample option in MEP 2014 - There is no option to change my bpm rate from 120.00 to 120.07 (I know you would only see 120.01 in the window but it supports the extra decimal).

RE: How do I extend a note further than 8 bars. [magix music maker 2014]
I am not entirely sure what you want as your 2 posts seem to talk about different things. Firstly, you indicate that you want the guitar strum sample to last more than 8 bars. In MM, when you stretch out an object it repeats. However, if you

RE: Beat skips when I stretch it?
I had a similar problem with some beats not playing, possibly after changing BPM. I eventually found that it was only affecting beats that were were 100% WAV sample and no synthesis. If I moved the mix slider towards synthesis (see the image

RE: How do I add MIDI objects to audio tracks without adjusting tempo?
If you press "Y" on the keyboard, then go to the Import Tab, there is a tick box there that yo and turn off the BPM adjustment. Let me know if that helps.

RE: Can I somehow see/determine the length of a song (in minutes & seconds) by looking at the arrangement?
That would be the first beat of the fifth bar at 100 BPM, so... 4 (bars) x 4 beats (in 4/4 time) = 16 beats [The first beat doesn't count because it occurs at 0 seconds. We are looking at "elapsed" time here.] 16 (beats)/100

Was the song created with Magix or is it a .wav or .mp3? If it's a .wav or .mp3 then import it as usual. Magix will default to 120 BPM because it doesn't know the tempo. When you change the BPM to 100 it assumes the song was 120 and slows it
