Hi, Thank you all so much for your help and information. Also I did contact the copyright office this week. They stated that if I did use any loops in my productions, such as guitars and beats, I would have to give credit to the maker of the loop(s)

@Eelke-Schokker the problem is YouTube's broken automated copyright system. Rights holders wanted a "shoot first, ask questions later" solution and YouTube gave in because these corporations pay the bills.

@AJenn It's your own creation if you compose everything yourself and you can sell it without any restrictions. You just need to be careful not to steal melodies from other artists which are still in copyright.

@Carolly Yeah, contact Magix directly. Use the infoservice@magix.net address, like mentioned before. Usually, the problem is the broken automated copyright system at YouTube. To my knowledge Magix and its subsidiaries don't claim music themselves.
