How do I get AVI added to still photo's to run with sound and the MOVEMENT when burned to DVD

Well, that version might not support DivX or XivD. It is possible since that software is older... I am not sure if it has access to the codecs for those .avi types. I do not have a version 11, just 14 - 17... I doubt that would hep you

Your problem is probably codec related as you suspect. Try to convert the avi to a different format and see if you get the same results.

I have downloaded videos from YouTube under the format *.avi. I am using Movie Edit Pro 16. When I import the video into Movie Edit Pro 16, the video plays, but I don't get any audio. Is there a special CODEC I need?

No sound track when AVI imported but OK with MOV format!
