Hi when i try to burn my project i get the error message cant find burner

After installing windows 10 my Photostory CD & DVD 10 won't recognize my dvd burner. A message said I something about a burning routine update at <http://support.magix.net>. I tried to go there and said that was not a valid link.

Hi If your computer is running Windows 8 then there are some incompatability issues with older versions of MEP, eg your DVD burner may not be recognised and some functions may not work correctly. John EB

Can I burn a DVD without having to have the Menu? I would just like the movie to start. My blu-ray will not let me go beyond the welcome menu screen, I cant click on the menu to play or go forward.

Hi, am not sure what is causing your problem, have you tired using different makes of DVD, some are more successfull than others, also ensure that Magix is up to date, and the drivers for your DVD burner are also up to date as is your operating

Hi Try using Dual Layer DVD's if your DVD burner will support them - they hold upto ~ 8GB. There will then be no need to reduce quality or remove part of the timeline. HTH John EB
