RE: Screenshots ... has this happened to anyone else?
Hi Terry, The compressed version of the small file is about the same as the uncompressed file, about 53 MB.  I'm not sure what PM is... I have no messenger/chat software installed. Assuming you downloaded the trial version, the selection of

Hi Kami,   I hate unsolved puzzles like this! Although I'm using XP not Win 7 I'd like to see if I get the same issue. So would it be possible for you to do either of the following: 1. Make a small, non-confidential project exhibiting the

    File format - I don't understand.
I've shot my footage with Panasonic AVCHD Tm900.  I chose 1920x1080 and I think it is 50i. In trying to export it (I'm still using the trial before purchase) I can't seem to export it in mpeg4.   I get an error with mpeg4. If I go with MPeg2 it

First of all do not paly with original sound files in the Music maker always use copies. If you remember which files you had moved go and open the folder and see files can you locate any file other than audio file. Audio files could be wave, mp3

Hi John,   Great stuff, that's nice work! Can you send me the 4 PNGs please so that I can customise the clock a bit, e.g. make it circular and show the extreme top/botom, add some numerals, etc? Or just use File > Backup > Copy project

Anita....glad its fixed.  Its a agood idea to make a backup of all your soundpools, somehow users have the most problems with either tryiing to connect something to Magix....keyboard, microphone, guitar....or messing up athe soundpools somehow,so

RE: poor sound quality of burned DVD
Hi, OK, that helpfully focuses the issue. I expect that some of my friends with greater audio technical skills than me will be along soon. Meanwhile it might help if you could create a very small project that exhibits the crackling/distortion.

lgarciaboidi, I've not got PhotoStory but the principle is the same for most all Magix programs. Moving effects from one version of a Magix program to another can be done with care -- and sensibly making a backup copy of any folders you alter
