RE: Where is MEP's Morphing button?
Carl is, as usual(!), completely correct: there is no morphing option available within MEP or VPX. Not to say Peter... Didn't think I'd need a smilie for that one, Jeff   that price has included several free updates, including

RE: New Blue: Size display puzzle
Hi Peter pipped me to the post  AFAICS, and I think this is another way of putting what Peter said, the effect is an 'invisible' overlay ie what you see in the preview monitor is the result of the image being preprocessed through the filter

I cannot include any images, it seems, so I can't show the difference between before and after selecting a keyframe via the diamonds... Use the image tool next to the Smilie icon. Browse for the JPG or whatever, send it to the magix.info

conquestion, I fully agree with John about using the right  tool but appreciate that you probably don't always have your video cam with you and that UFO isn't going to wait for you to run home to get it! This is an instance where I think it

    RE: MEP clip thumbnail errors
Hi John, You're right, I wasn't as clear as I should have been. I tend to use 'clip' to mean 'object on the timeline'. In my screenshot it's an image. (With no fade.) I couldn't see why its thumbnail differed from the preview monitor. But

RE: General advice for editing gaming sessions
Hi, I'm no gamer (chess and Scrabble apart!) so I may have misunderstood. But I'll assume that you have all your video and all your audio on MEP tracks 1 and 2 respectively. First, ungroup the audio by using the Ungroup tool (two separated chain

    RE: MEP 2013 / 2014 - Favoured Settings
Carl I realise that mostly any effects etc that I'd use would be unique to the project as all video is different. I just tried the save video effects and that's perfect for my needs. Thanks for your explanation.

Hi John It is the behavior I'd expect too when you mentioned it. I can see the advantages of the double click and having access to other running programs underneath. The only reason I mentioned that it didn't return it to it's home location
