Problems with inserting new audio track

All of a sudden when I go to "track" , "insert new tracks", "add a track", it automatically inserts a midi track with preloaded vst I have on another track. I has never done this before. It has always inserted a blank audio track. I am getting so

@Eric-Elliott OK, go to Single Object mouse mode, drag the title down to an empty track, then drag the narration up to track 2. Then you can drag the title back up under the narration, or leave it clear.

[Solved] Is it possible to selectively undo in the undo history

I wanted to undo a normalization I did on a track, but it also undoes all the changes I made after that point as well. So I basically have to start over from that point in time. Is there a way to undo just one change but keep all the other changes?

@Gid Yes, that's it. @browj2 I don't follow. It is illogical to me that something I do on one track will affect another track that isn't touching it. I don't want the program to try to guess what I'm doing: The total length of my images is too long

Exporting individual cd tracks only last track shows up in export file

With version 7, everything works normal. With version 8 if i split allcd tracks at the marker it appears to export each track howver when i go to the export folder, only the last track is there. ????

The only reason I am responding is because we have moved on from which methodology is better to how the Center-out (Hamburger) method would be implemented into VPX. 1: There is no change to the track numbering. You don't have to reverse the numbers
