  MEP Premium 2022. The mov file like several I have of family was taken on a Kodak 360 camera. I don't seem to have access to a sharing site, not something I do apart from sending by email.

  Importing mov files does not add the audio component
  When I import mov files into Movie Edit Pro Premium there is no audio although this plays perfectly well in other programs. I notice that mov files are only listed as importable. Is this causing the problem.

  Thanks all for your input. AAProds suggestion got me on track- by deselecting the hardware acceleration boxes I can now import and edit both mp4 and mov files successfully!

  @CubeAce Hello, Ray, I first encountered this problem on 8 June 2020. At the time, I arrived at the mentioned solution by trial and error. As far as I have been able to ascertain, the forum member at the time also submitted this to Magix Support.

  Apologies, I do have .mov's that Movie Edit Pro Plus has no problem with. This file was created with an early camera - a Kodak Easy Share V570. May have never been to Quicktime spec, but did successfully convert it to MP4 via Movavi Video Converter.
