  Hi, I am not sure how Serif is doing this, you can't move video by less than a frame because a frame is the smallest particle of the video stream. Maybe they get you to change the frame rate of the video clip which would create a smaller frame

  Why does photostory crop my photos in the movie templates?
  When using the movie templates I insert an image into a placeholder, but when I play the movie back it always crops the photo cutting off the tops of peoples heads.  They are not cut off in the actual photo and nothing I change in photo story
