@Bart-0251 Ntdll is part of Windows. A crash there is usually a driver problem. Windows 11 is currently so broken (thanks to the way Microsoft now develops software mainly with AI), that a recent update may cause this problem. This would explain why

Thank you rraud, I did try volume adjustments but that didn't improve the dullness just increased the volume. I'm not very good with using EQ in this situation but I will give it a go. I can always go back if it doesn't work out.

[Solved] Can Acid Pro 11 open older Acid Pro 7 files?
