Terry, Thanks for the input. I reset the software and tried the same effect to the same clips and got the same result. I tried other effects to the same clips and got similar results. I searched for the the "CTF" files and could not find them. I

Terry, My apologies as I was out of town for a few weeks. To answer your question the version is Movie Edit Pro MX Plus. The steps for my example are: select the collage effect ([>]4obj.03(16:9)) and drag it to the first clip. The results is

Can't find directions on using collages with Movie Edit Pro Premium.

When I drag a collage effect it creates the collage of the same video clip and not the following clips. How can I select the specific clips to use?

Hi, Did you download all of the Free Downloads under Help? If not, then do so. If the above does not help, then something may have changed in 2014. I only have 2013. All of the effects that are in PIP in PhotoStory2013 are actually Collages

Hi, I don't have 2014, only 2013. If there is a Group feature in 2014, which I doubt, then you can highlight the objects and group them. They will always move together. This feature is in Movie Edit Pro, but not in PhotoStory 2013. The feature

I had the same problem even with various AVI clips, no collage involved. No big deal, as I don't use Takes that much and you can easilty work around the issue. But it's another example of the apparent lack of thoroughness of Magix pre-release

Hi, If you did download everything, they may have moved the location. In Movie Edit Pro, Collages are under Design Effects as a separate item, along with PIP, whereas in PhotoStory 2013, Collages are by themselves. Magix may have done the same
