    Hi I typed in .mov file in medialinfo, it brought up yellow highlighted mov files, I then selected those, but obviously I need to get help so will try a s a.p to get it to you. thanks Leila

    @Leilaangel Sorry, but that is not what we need! Please open MediaInfo and choose the .mov file as the file to be analysed, not your PS project file. Then, go to Options>Text View in the MediaInfo menu and copy ALL the data there and paste it

    If you were going to shoot a lot of 10bit 422 (I don't have a Sony sample to try), I'd consider in the future, Video Pro X. I shoot 10bit 422 with Panasonic (MOV) and it plays back without any issues in VPX.

    @johnebaker Hi John. No issue with NB Titler 6 here with 4K project/images/video Try exporting the Title as a video file direct from NB Titler 6 and see if it still works please. That was when I first had problems on my system with NB Titler 6.

    I am unable to input MOV files into my project - since I have installed version VEGAS Movie Studio 17 Platinum I did not not any problems on Movie Studio 16. Can you please advise??

    I had purchase the codec, now it able to see MOV file but when transfer to the Photostory it is not smooth, but I install the Handbrake software as you had mention, using it to convert the MOV to MP4, it was good. Thanks

    @John-Kirk Hi As you are having issues with 2 different programs, it looks like your issues are related to the source video not the programs. As Quicktime is being asked for the video must Quicktime encoded rather than AVC/h.264 in a MOV file
