RE: \"when ever i tried to connect my sony HD AVCHD Handy cam through usb and tried from magix movie pro 14 plus ,and try to import file it says \\\' COULD NOT CONNECT TO SELECTED DEVICE\\\' What to do ?\"
I sometimes get this trouble, my equipement is not detected. In that case, I insert the SD card in the card player and I change USB port. Generally it works. But maybe tour viseo is on a HDD in the camcorder. In this case, I don't know.

RE: noise from connection in michrophone and headphones
Hi, The laptop mic connection is your weakest link - they are not designed for any level of good recording and are not even wired like a standard mic. If you must use your built-in sound card; use the line in (if you have it). Otherwise turn off

How can I record a .wav file from midi sequence?
My problem is: I don't use any external midi equipment, only soundcard. I created a midi sequence, but I couldn't record it. This soundcard is a motherboard integrated ALC 97, (I know it's not enough for Magix). Can you offer me a "Magix compatible"

    RE: Sound but no picture.
Hi, First of all, make sure that all the equipment is hooked up properly, of course. If you're using a VCR with SCART output, make sure that the switch on the little SCART adaptor plug is set to "out". Make sure the Composite cable properly

RE: How to adjust headphone playback without increasing recording volume... either on mixer or magix audio studio 10
Hi, This might be a tough one depending on what you have. Are you using a PC sound card? Many audio interfaces (which I HIGHLY recommend) have a headphone level control for monitoring - as do many mixer boards. If you're stuck with a sound

RE: Green Screen Glow around object
Hi, Try to work with the threshold and fading range slide in the video effects dialog. Both are parameters for the chroma keying effects and need to be set pretty low in order to make potential colored edges around your green screen footage

RE: Ii have a JVC miniDV camcorder.
Hi there, If this is a miniDV camera, you should use the iLink connection on the camera. That's basically just another name for FireWire. So, you will need a FireWire/DV cable and a FireWire controller/socket on your system. If your computer is

    RE: Amplifier to Laptop static
Hi, Hopefully you have an easy solution... simply use the line-in instead of mic in. I've mentioned in many posts that the mic-in is very problematic; especially with studio software because studio mics and equipment are not wired like a

Drivers & Equipment for Vista x64
I am trying to put together a home studio using Music Studio 14.  I was considering buying a Behringer FCA 202 Audio Controller and a Behringer UB1204FX-Pro.  Behringer has informed me that the FCA202 will not work with Vista x64.  Does any know of

Justin, thanks for the info.  I tried what you said and everything is working fine now although I though I did the same thing last week. I am a little confused on your comment about the sound card.  I am new to this and do not know anything

RE: using MusicMaker 14, on Mastering levels, where does it clip, on the 0 or 6. I want to get the most ...
Well first off... louder is not better and any mastering engineer will tell you - you loose quality with volume. The nuances and details of your song is lost. Unfortunately today's trend is to get as loud as possible which requires a compressor.

Your questions is....uhm....pretty special. I got you the right way, you want your music to sound professional....like, everyone who hears it won't say "Uh, yeah, this one is made by an amateur", but would say "Oh, this one's goog". You can

RE: How do I record from an NTSC source
Hi, Thanks for posting the material on YouTube. From what I can tell, the foremost (or only) defect really seems to be the lack of color. Right now, I'm out of ideas what could be causing this, as you've already switched to Composite for the

RE: [Closed] How do I get sound from recording videos/movies?
Hi there, Can you provide a little more information about what exactly you're recording? Is this a DV capture, analog capture, screen capture etc.? What's your equipment and your setup? I'm afraid this hasn't become clear yet.

RE: How do I record from an NTSC source
Hi there, Where are you located and what kind of equipment are you using for playback? Do you possibly use a VCR that has a SCART output (i.e. a European one) but does allow for NTSC playback? Also, can you possibly show a sample of the captured
