error 24 when trying to reactivate software

[Solved] Bugged playback area

Hello, I have another problem... now it's the bugged playback area (the yellow bar on timeline). Somehow, it has shortened and it can't be extended again (not even with Alt+arrow keys). This causes that as I pause and play, it starts from beginning.
