Using MEP 2013 for Broadcast

Using MEP13 for 15 sec commerical on TV. Into my movie project (set at 29.97 FPS) I am placing an AVI (of an animation) from a program that outpurs at 30 FPS only. There are also some stock clips (no sound included) that are set at 24 frames.
