Thank you SP, you were correct the premium version was needed, after another hour I am able to see the video on the computer screen. The new problem is that when I click on "transfer video to computer" the video freezes and nothing more happens.

I've experienced a similar problem on and off over the last few years with NTSC video. Sometimes an update fixes it, other times brings it back. I've found that the exported video ended up at 25 fps, even though I set it to 29.97 when I exported it.

The problem has been found, in this Microsoft Article. The workaround is to stop syncing the Desktop folder with OneDrive. Once that is turned off, the problem goes away.
