[Solved] First note of MIDI clips are often not played

@Michael-Smith7480 You don't need the MIDI files in the Soundpool folder. These folders should not be altered. You just drag and drop the MIDI files into a track and then you need to add a VST or a Vita Instrument of your choice to create a sound

Peter, Acid Pro is still in it's development status at the moment and Midi/instrument capabilites are dated. In my opinion, it would be a waste of money to buy a controller for Acid as most likely its going to disappoint you. DAWs like ableton are

Try the following and see if this helps. And this is due to Acid Pro still being very unstable at the moment. After doing the following, it stopped the crashes in my case and rendering problems are gone. Remove any Magix effects/Instruments (midi).
