  You need an audio interface with an ASIO driver. Your current hardware alone can't keep up with the computations necessary to output a clean audio signal. I have never had an issue using an interface without one...I dont think that is the problem.

  I am burning from within MEP. I suspect that the AV output signal from my xfinity dvr may contain HDCP but I am not sure. My Toshiba records its DVDs from this AV output and those DVDs, once finalized, play fine on computers and all stand alone DVD
