  @john-v Hi . . . . format I am using in my videos is avi, since that is the only format Fraps records with. . . . FRAPS, a blast from the past, that in itself has a few issues that must be fixed before the video is brought into MEP: FRAPS records

  Windows 10 64 bit. The format I am using in my videos is avi, since that is the only format Fraps records with. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six-core processor 3.40Ghz and 16gb RAM. My VGA is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650.

  @Margaret-Keckler Hi Margaret. If the file uploaded but plays back stalling at different times then it is more likely to be your internet connection speed to Vimeo causing the stalling and that the actual file on Vimeo is fine. I have no idea why

  I'm also getting 48fps Smart Render DV-AVI with MEP 2021 as opposed to 38fps with MEP 2020, so despite my system not having any of the gizmos ie igpu nor useable GPU, something's been hotted-up.

  @browj2 John, as I explained on the other thread, he's smart-rendering DV-AVI. There will be no quality loss. And what trimming does is get rid of all the junk in each file, saving disk space. "trim and cut up the different parts and tidy it up
