RE: Xara 3D maker 7 and Movie edit pro?
Hi, How are you exporting the file.  If you are using AVI, GIF, JPEG etc, it will not work.  You need to be doing it this way (from the Xara manual) which is usually the first thing you should check. Exporting transparent title animations for

    RE: Colour and Black -n-White
To do this to a video you would have to edit frame-by-frame. That would be a lot of editing... which I think would be to much to do for anyone at this level. If the item in the video was centered at all times I could see using a alpha effect

RE: How To Use Green Screen
Hello, Green screen or Chroma Key can be a strange phenomenon, especially if the green screen was not properly streched or the lighting was not done well.  Could you post a photo example of a photograph that you are having problems with and I

    RE: Videos on Picture
nirvanray, This looks like a rather complex use of 'Alpha' or other channel effect ('Effeects' tab >> "video effects' >> 'Chroma key') where the image on one track determines whether you see the track above it or the track below.

RE: Importing 3D titles from Xara
Hi Scenestealer, I think I may have been a little confused. I had very little experience and  was in a tearing hurry to finish a project, and I was shooting from the hip. I tried importing various formats. I thought the AVI worked, but this is

RE: Blurring a small portion of the video
levifiction, I'd suggest using three tracks (ignoring any audio) with your normal video, a copy with the blur effect throughout,   and in between a suitable black and white imge that gives you the shape you need for masking. Apply the 'Alpha'

RE: Black line when zooming on alpha image
Hi Anti-aliasing of the original text can also cause this problem with chroma key.  The reason I asked about a border is because a 1 pixel wide border would only appear when the image approaches its original size as you said in the original

Black line when zooming on alpha image
Movie Edit Pro MX I have inserted a bmp image.  Name is in multi-colour blue.  Background is green. I have set the Chroma Key to green. I have the image zooming in from 100 to 400 percent over a couple seconds. As the image begins to move,

Hi I have never had to use Chroma key for PIP.  The background image/video goes in track 1 and the smaller images/video in the higher number tracks with their size and position altered to place them where I want. Anything in a higher track

RE: How to change white background

RE: Magix MEP MX Plus - Video Counter
Yes, as john-auvil writes, time is shown on preview, but not on a rendered, exported film. If you want it shown on a film, one way is to make a screen capture of the clock running, with a black background. Then place the file under your video,

Check for 'Chroma Key' in the MEP Help file. Chroma includes green screen, blue, black ,white -- whatever. The method is the same for all: What you see through the green is placed on a higher (lower number) track Image with special color

RE: How can i use chroma key effect in Magix Photostory 10 ?
You can't as far as I can see... Chroma-Key is only in the video editing software like Movie Edit Pro and Video Pro X. It requires multiple tracks for image objects.
