  just_jak, I don't think it's possible. Our eyes can interpret a series of images flashing past at much accelerated rates, but what would you hear if you were playing audio at say 10X or more normal speed? Thinking 'The Chipmunks' cute (?)

  I believe you can doe this with Movie Edit Pro 17... I have the Plus version, so I am not sure if this is in the standard edition too. You would have the video loaded for export, then go to the drop down menu 'File', choose the 'Export Movie'

  lines in pictures during playback
