  Update - I went along to PROFILE\AppData\Local\MAGIX\ACID Pro\9.0 and deleted the XML files there and restarted the Acid 9x64 beta. This time it loaded all of the 32 bit VSTs (which is good) and none of the 32 bit soft synths, (which is bad). It
