I have Music Maker 2016 Live and I am unable to figure out how to audio record. This mic is recognized and I can speak into it and all that jazz but stuck on putting the audo with a beat that I have already recorded. HELP!!!

Since I "upgraded" to Windows 8.1, I cannot access many of the features that I paid for such a Jazz Drums and other pecussion.

Having problems activating app that I purchased. Can you please activate or restore my payment?

Purchased an add on to Music Maker Jam (Step 2, and Jazz vol 2) neither one will activate so that I can use the app. It is bad enough that the programm keeps frezzing, but even worst is that is hard to get any kind of tech support. please

Hmnnn... Library is limited... But, be creative. There are a lot of 'heavy', generic guitar samples (depending on style) that can be integrated into your composition(s) that can substitute as a so-called "Jazz Bass".

A guitar is a guitar and a bass is a bass....its athe manner and style you play the instrument that makes it become "jazz" or rock or flamenco...find some bass riffs and change the tempo and/or pitch...look into Vita and Revolta.

I have installed my Software for my New Camera but I can not find it on my Computer?

I have installede the disk that came with my JAZZ Video Recorder and Camera and went to upload my Pictures and Videos from my Daughters Kindergarten Graduation but the camera will not show on my Computer nor will it show in the Software portion
