   On the time-line if you click on the end of the audio track and drag the center line left you will cause a fade of the sound. Look up a workshop if this is not clear.

   Can we assume that you are using MM14, 15, or 16? I would suggest that you look in the "knowledge & workshop" section above and check out some of the basic instructionals on the program. Your questions should be answered there.
