@John EB, I've been having computer problems for the last week and been out in the country for a few days. The computer takes a few hours to load everything after logging in. I did a restore to the last restore point and that helped a bit. Then

RE: VPX6 Encoded files for DVD juddery, encoding took very long, NeatVideo plugin may be the cause
Hi A bit of a longshot - the only thing I can think that is happening is that the frames are getting messed up due to the NeatVideo effect working as follows (simplistic view) If not at a Full frame generate one from last full frame +

VPX6 Encoded files for DVD juddery, encoding took very long, NeatVideo plugin may be the cause
Hi, I'm using VPX6, version 13.0.5.9. I have a 2 movie project, 50 + 27 minutes, all 1920x1080 that I burned 2 months ago and it took about 2-3 hours to encode the files for DVD NTSC 720x480, 29.97fps, and the quality was good. Burning

RE: Any News on NTSC Burning Issues with MEP 2015
Terry, thank you sir for your prompt reply. I did see your previous post that you illustrated in MEP 2014 but unfortunately that was not the problem. I have not yet sent a ticketed support request to Magix yet. I just did the digital download a

Any News on NTSC Burning Issues with MEP 2015
Any update on the burning to PAL issue. Been running MEP 2013 with no problems? I have read about the problem here in the forum and the last I saw was from member haasrd last September which had no resolve. Installed MEP 2015 as my Christmas

RE: Movie Editing Best Practice suggestions, please
Hi, Further to Terry's reply, it's obvious that you are just starting and that you have a lot to learn, and there is a lot to learn. I strongly suggest that you first read the "Quick start" part of the manual before continuing on. You should

I have the same problem and the root of the issue is that MEP burns discs to the PAL format, even when you select the NTSF format. PAL discs wont play on American DVD players. I have no idea how to fix it, but I just contacted their

RE: 1080p23.976 Timeline to Blu-ray 1080 29.976
Hi Seamus Are you in Europe (PAL) or the US (NTSC)? I find your post confusing with what you are doing or require. For instance you are using 24fps material and burning DVD at 30 fps NTSC progressive for DVD which indicates you are in NTSC

RE: Burning Movie to DVD
Hi, Re that MEP message, I'm sure you've seen by now that its text (the only imporant part) is unreadable. You could have avoided that by cropping your full screen capture. However, I recognise it anyway, as this question crops up fairly often.
