why is magix freezing when i hook up mp3.and WHERE IS SERVICE.

when i hook -up my flashdrive.everything is fine--until i tell the mp3 maker to down-load the files from the flasd-drive.then the whole system freezes.THE WHOLE COMPUTER STOPS.TAKES ALONG TIME TO RESTART.

Hi, The easiest way is to drag and drop... browse to your .wav or .mp3 via Music Maker file window and drag the file into your arrangement. You might end up with some timing issues but that can be another question ^_^ Justin
