Sony HDR-SR11 Camcorder not being recognised by Movie edit pro15
Can anyone assist please. Have connected Sony HDR-SR11 Camcorder via USB. ( there is no fire wire connection) Selected recording source as HDV Camera. Magix reply "no device recognised" How does one solve this problem?

MTS FILES NOT RECOGNIZED. HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD VIDEO FROM MY CANON VIXIA HF11, USB ONLY NOT FIREWIRE.

Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus claims to work with AVCHD - Does it?

I sometimes get this trouble, my equipement is not detected. In that case, I insert the SD card in the card player and I change USB port. Generally it works. But maybe tour viseo is on a HDD in the camcorder. In this case, I don't know.

Hello! If you use the HDD camcorder, the program Magix Movie Edit must not recognize it. First You need to copy video files from a camcorder to your computer, and then to import these files in the Magix Movie Edit Pro (in "Edit" mode) Good Luck!
