Windows 11. PC. Magix Movie Edit Pro 16. Download version I imported an MP4. Audiio is fine but preview window is black. Never had this problem before. I have been using the program for years.

@TheFlinx The files are stored under C:\Users\YourWindowsUsername\Documents\Magix Downloads\Installationsmanager But you need an online connection to unlock the software, there is no offline activation for Sound Forge.
