  @Don-Levers Hi and welcome to the forum You need to upgrade to a Windows 10 compatible version of Movie Edit Pro. Movie Edit Pro 17 does not work on Windows 10 and even if you get it installed, which is unlikely, you may have many issues using it -

  I chose to replace MMM2016 and so now nothing loads on the new version. It was advertised as an update and not a purchase. This is true and it was very poor stuff from Magix. Replacing is a bad choice and Magix should have provided warnings. I think

  I did have MMM2016 premium but I was not made aware that I would not be able to load my projects without a fee. I chose to replace MMM2016 and so now nothing loads on the new version. It was advertised as an update and not a purchase.

  @Bluesea Is this the one? If so, then click on the icon where the arrow is. Don't select anything else. If it opens, then you can select the patch from within. It works fine on both of my computers with MMM2021. John CB It still doesn't work. I

  @AutoManic Hi . . . . But I do take issue with the process and communication regarding the upgrade . . . . I do agree the upgrade does appear as patch/update - it is not until you click the Changes in this patch dropdown that it is identified as MMM
