RE: Cannot burn movies to: DVD, Blu-ray or AVHD on Movie Studio 2023 Suite
@David-Kendall Hi David. Yes the speed needs not to exceed the recommended maximum burn speed. It can be lower if you don't trust the disks to be of high enough quality. This is due to the 'pits' created by the laser has to be more finely focused

thanks everyone for your comments. To answer some of the points made:- I made the video with a Gopro ( Hero 7 Black) on a selfie stick. Resolution was set at 2.7k/50fps/superview which is my go to setting for most of the videos I do of mountain

    RE: Magix Future?
Magix should have run a very strong campaign and radically lowered prices, especially for version upgrades, and faced the harsh reality! If prices continue at these levels I don't see any chance! Hard and cruel truth because "Money doesn't take home

@Not-Applicable Hi. Holding Ctrl while spinning the mouse wheel will zoom in or out of the cursor position. Batch exporting does not apply to individual frames or still image file exports. There are no quality setting options for still image

[Closed] Vegas Pro incorrectly renders in ProRes codecs.
Hello. I bought Vegas Pro 20. The computer is on Windows 10. I record videos with a Sony 4K camera in XAVS codecs and after editing it saves ProRes 422 in 4K resolution. The image quality is the same as with the source XAVS codec. However, when it

@browj2 @Jane1 Hi John. You can't be serious. Why not? You don't need a visual to edit an audio track although most audio editing packages also allow you to import a video file with its soundtrack if need be, but that function is not in all free

@Artorias93 I've just done a test with some PNGs (screenshots from an ipad) in VPX 12 and in the exported video they come out almost exactly the same as the originals; no pixellation at all and quite good. My PNGs are about 1.5mb each, 2048x1536. On

    RE: [Closed] File size
@james22taylor Hi James. IMHO. I personally don't think you can. You can make an almost identical copy but as you have found it costs in the form of having to produce a larger file. MP4 and similar wrappers use what is known as 'lossy' encoding.

RE: audio bit rate decreased from 384 to 160 kbps
@AAProds Hi Al. To my mind there is little to be gained by re-encoding once a video is edited and the export render does not support the original file specs. The damage if any is done and already baked into the resulting file. Changing a file at

The photos were taken with my Canon EOS Rebel SL2 (200D) DSLR camera, which has an average bitrate for 1080p60 high-quality video of 57467 kbit/s. So I should probably set that as the default then if I want the exported MP4 videos from Movie Studio

RE: Video Saver, how to Turn OFF Video AGC?
Hello John.. That's true, the VCR is fine, the composite video OP is fine, as seen on a WFM / scope or TV. The issue appears to relate to the USB Dongle's AGC, it reacts to the "averge scene" video content and "adjusts" the levels dramatically. The

Yes, the HEVC encoding works correctly for all the other files I have tried so far. I am thinking perhaps there is something in this specific video file maybe that tricks the encoder into using a much lower bitrate than set by the user, perhaps
