  When i import mp3 file i only get one long and full bar of noise

  After reading your question and details, if I am not wrong. I think you are using Music Maker in Easy Mode. You may think what that is? ok do one thing. Open Music Maker, look at the left top you will see MAGIX, under that there are two buttons.
