Green Thumbnails

I am using Movie Studio and all of a sudden, all my thumbnails in the import window are green. I can hear audio when I preview the clips but see no video. Is this common and does anyone know how to fix it ?

[Solved] Can't import audio, Music Maker version 31.0.5.53
