RE: Can't display captured videos in mp4
@AAProds Hi Alwyn . . . . Yeh Man! The more Bs the better! Give me uncompressed any day! . . . . If you have B frames in the video file then it is compressed, however to a lesser extent than, for example, I and P frame video. Using B frames -

RE: Can't display captured videos in mp4
@AAProds Odd that Sony has got a flash video codec, only to use PCM for audio. I don't agree Al (you beaut) - Sony uses the PCM wav format to make the footage easier to capture and more edit friendly, because it does not use any system resources

RE: Audio / Video Out of Sync?
@AAProds Hi Alwyn. I don't confess to being a coder or a hardware engineer so have no additional clues than you do. All I try to do is help out with finding workarounds that can sometimes help based on my own experience and the willingness to look

@onlye @Scenestealer @me_again Hi. If Andy's solution doesn't help I wonder if you followed the other links to other threads where I made specific comments regarding these types of files coming from Screen recordings rather than from phone footage

RE: [Closed] Sony Vegas Pro 17 Keeps Crashing with 4K Drone Footage.
@Michael-Raymond Hi Micheal, and welcome to the user to user forums but not for Vegas products, that set of forums can be found here. While this is not the correct forum for Vegas editors I strongly suspect the drone is producing variable frame rate

[Closed] Sony Vegas Pro 17 Keeps Crashing with 4K Drone Footage.
It is getting very frustrating. For several weeks now, I've been having trouble working with 4K footage (imported at 60fps and changed to 29.97fps to rule out that as a problem) with my Sony Vegas Pro 17 software. The files import alright and I can

RE: [Closed] Having some major issues with MEP and would like some help fixing it.
@jerancampy22 Hi. I think in the very early days most media file types from Macs and Windows were mostly incompatible with each other with Media creatives mainly relying on Macs until Microsoft caught up where upon Apple made the Windows QuickTime

[Closed] Having some major issues with MEP and would like some help fixing it.
Hello all- My PC info is in the signature. I have the most up to date version of MEP Premium I believe. Version 20.0.1.80 So, I noticed a few issues a few weeks back and fought through them. At the current state I can't work any more with all that

@MCK Hi . . . . There's not a huge amount going on within the project: 4k footage with the occasional FX; Reallusion animation, some in 4k and some in full HD; SFX... that's about it. . . . . With 4K video, in any format, there is a great deal

@MCK Hi Mark. There are a few other video editors that just require grunt from a CPU, relying on the number of cores and speed of the processor to crunch most of the rendering in software, but most of the others also incorporate the Intel quick sync

RE: Any advantage to Vegas over Video Pro X?
@doug_mccarron It is a different workflow for sure that would take some adjustment to get used to but as VPX has more control over its effects than MEP does, Vegas Suite takes it up another couple of notches but Vegas Studio does not. Vegas Suite is

RE: LUTS for Fujifilm cameras
@Craigster Hi Craig For using Fuji LUTs with VPX, is it just a matter of downloading the F-LOGs from Fuji and copying them into the LUTs folder that VPX accesses? Yes, but I can not be sure whether they will do what you might be expecting. I tried

Hey, I'm trying to make short slow motion clips from a 240fps gopro for my business. However, when I scroll through the timeline it jumps between points in the video, and when exported this glitch appears in the final video. Lowering the frame rate

RE: HEVC Export quality

@Wayne-McIlvaine Welcome to the Magix user to user forums. First, I fear you are mistaken when you write that you are using the latest version of Video Pro X (17.0.3.68). That is VPX 11, the actual latest version is VPX 12, 18.0.1.95. Since you say

RE: Programma loopt vast bij starten van sommige effecten
@vebe Hi. Unfortunately that will put you in a no win situation. If you could get a faster drive then the additional data flow would then cause your CPU to suffer from not being able to keep up. In other words you may then see the drive coping but
