RE: Exporting movie from Movie Edit Pro 15 to Sony Camcorder
Click Export movie, and choose 'Video as DV-AVI'. In a new window you must tell where on your harddisk to place the DV-file. After rendering, the file is saved and you are asked to start your camera ( I'm not shure if it should be in Play or Record

RE: mpeg2 imported to magix has no sound
Hi again, Odd problem. I don't see why it wouldn't import something as basic as PCM audio properly. I just tried to reconstruct this scenario as good as I could by creating a MPEG-2 file with PCM audio in MEP 15+ and importing that file into

Hi Theodore, Can you possibly upload and post one of those MPEG files whose sound doesn't import properly in the Magix program. You said you analyzed the files in GSpot and the codecs were "correct", but what audio codec is it that was detected

RE: no data on DVD after burning
I too have a mini-DV cam camcorder, the DV-AVI format is regarded as the best and easiest format to edit with so stick with that; even though Mpeg is the same format as the DVD and it doesn't need to be re-rendered when burning to DVD. 2) Not

Sorry I couldn't help directly To be honest I don't use Movie Edit Pro but if it's like lots of other pro-sumer video editing (capture-edit-export) then my answer still applies to an extent. I'm sure if you tried imorting the audio only from

What sort of camera? Did you use USB before? I think there is no other way than using Firewire (IEEE1394) for transferring to MEP from a DV-camera.
