RE: 1080p23.976 Timeline to Blu-ray 1080 29.976
Hi Seamus Are you in Europe (PAL) or the US (NTSC)? I find your post confusing with what you are doing or require. For instance you are using 24fps material and burning DVD at 30 fps NTSC progressive for DVD which indicates you are in NTSC

RE: Flickering / Judder after burning to DVD
Hi Mark From PM:- . . . . Thank you for responding to my original post. The software I am using is MEP 2015. I tried what you suggested and it helped a little but the video quality / playback is still much smoother when I watch the movie

Thought I really ought to finally update this thread with some information as to how the problem was finally resolved. First, MAGIX Support (aka Ralf!), via the data sent in when I ran the SysCheck utility, mentioned that some chip drivers

Inconsistent 'end' of an object
Place a 5 second image at the start of the timeline and open the Size/Position dialog. Press the Home key. The marker moves to the start if it wasn't there already and the time indicator (top left) shows 00:00. Press the End key. The marker

Sliding a set of objects?
Anyone know a neat way to do the following please, within MEP? 1. Adjust multiple objects A, B, C, etc of various shapes and sizes so that they look OK when centralised individually in the monitor. In practice my immediate requirement is for

Audio Buffering Playback & WAV 5.1 Export issues....
Hi friends, I'm in the middle of making my drum blu-ray, and am planning on making a Dolby 5.1 soundtrack, but have decided to use Sony Vegas to mix/pan the final soundtrack, since everytime I tried to export final audio file as a WAV 5.1 file,

Hi John EB, My assumption was that the OP wanted vertically left and right, full height, not top and bottom, so I used another method. He should clarify or I should have asked him to clarify. For clarity, here is the result of top and bottom

RE: Track goes black, seems like it does not contain video material
I was a Avid/Pinnacle user for a long time. For this project: Using X6, top track (1) is my audio track, lock it. Track 2-3, Cam 1, my go to camera, wide view, that sets the stage. Lock this. Track 4-5, Cam2, my pan and zoom camera, get

RE: VPX 4 How to convert mono audio to Stereo
Sorry, I have to say your question does not make much sense to me! What, exactly, are you trying to do? As I understand it, you have two audio tracks, one stereo (which plays, as expected, through both channels) and a second which is mono but

Add different effects to same object

RE: 25P to 24P Conversion using Time Stretch/Resample quality....
Hi The timestretch function will slow down the video, it will not give you a change of framerate (fps). To change the fps you set this in the export or burn settings in MEP. There are some downsides to doing this:- An issue which can be

RE: How to Convert a mono track to stereo?
OK....Now I understand what he is asking. He has a stereo track with audio in one channel and no audio in the other channel. After doing what johnebaker suggests, he will have a centered mono track which can then be panned to any location

RE: How to Convert a mono track to stereo?
The guitar and bass guitar ARE monophonic instruments. Generally, the way to make them stereophonic is to add some sort of stereo effect(s) (stereo reverb, stereo delay, stereo chorus, stereo tremolo, etc...). The Stereo Processor has

RE: MP4 & MOV file import/playback issues with MEP 2014 Premium

RE: How can I create a movie with the full sound (5.1 surround) and video (full HD 25 FPS) quality of the original m2ts files?
Hi Changing 25fps interlaced to 25fps progressive will make pans etc look more jerky. This is because interlaced footage records 2 interlaced fields every 25th of a second which is, effectively in terms of shooting a moving object, like shooting

Thanks johnebaker! You are right, it is when panning that it shows most. I got the sound back by resetting to default and make my changes again, however I cannot get rid of the video degradation. It is not much, but I'd like it to

RE: How can I create a movie with the full sound (5.1 surround) and video (full HD 25 FPS) quality of the original m2ts files?
Hi . . . . but the quality is lower. It looks like the FPS is lower than 25, so the over-all impression is that the movie is a bit 'shaiky'. . . . . That will only happen if you have change the export setting frame rate! I suspect the issue
