Doane, I agree with you, Magix is not clear in their license terms and this is what we had been discussing in the past. I did not understand why can't they clearly mention license terms for usage. Otherwise we will not ask them about usage

Go and dispute claim and clearly mention that you got permission to use it(if magix allowed you). and youtube will clear your video. This is what I do and it works fine. I do not use Movie Edit pro though. Before you file dispute please check
