  In MMM, right click on the object recorded, and at the bottom select Additional options, then Convert stereo into two mono objects. This will leave one channel on track 1 and put the other on track 2. Then you can label the tracks yourself and

  Hi, No, not to 2 tracks, but yes to two channels on one track, that is left and right. If you have a mic connected to one input (left, say) and a guitar to the other (right), you will get them that way. You can then separate them in MMM to get
