  The loops are probably in Users>Public>Public Documents>Magix>Common. Try there. It's a dumb place to put them and I do not know why Magix devs chose that option. You should be able to choose where the loops go when you download them.

  No, this feature is intentionally missing. It works in Samplitude Music Studio. There is a workaround. Create a non-looping MIDI-Object over your whole song. Place the red playback line at the beginning of a small midi object. Open the MIDI editor.
