RE: Will Music Maker MX Premium run without simplicheck.exe?
When installing various programs (I think Magix does this, I cant remember) there are various options to also install various unconnected programs. Ask toolbar is a notorious example. These need a box unticking during the login process. There is

RE: importing a video already on my computer into my magix6 video but no sound with it
tim, First problem -- you haven't said which Magix program you are using. I'd suspect they all would deal with material from DVD's about the same way but there may be differences. The usual method is to insert the DVD and the Magix program, say

RE: The file associated with the arrangement was not found
Thanx Gnarly. Yes I transfered files from an old drive to a new one then regrouped & in some instances renamed them. I had to basically undo that and move all folders to a new grouping. After that it is time consuming but acheviable. You have

RE: MEP17+HD project edit file name / version does not update in window
Rather than my usual 'ADDED:' I'll post here... You can change the name of a movie from 'File' >> 'Manage movies' >> 'Rename...'. And also remove movies which is handy if you decide to merge two rather than having a two movie menu

RE: Sorting pictures in a Slideshow by Date of Acquisition rather than Filename
I don't have PhotoStory, but one work around would be to do as I do for all my photos. I rename them all immediately after downloading from my camera so that they are prefixed with the date and time taken. For example, 20121030-1234-Brighton.jpg

Hi You need to either 1. rename the file back to its original name then it will load correctly. In your case recheck that you have put the name back correctly - I suspect you have removed the file extension if you have named it as you stated
