RE: TEXT TO SPEECH
Why do you think this is an issue? The "text to speech" feature is a tool, just like an instrument. Unless you are making a clone of the software and selling it as your own, there's no issue. Otherwise, as long as the "text"

If I use the sythesizers on magix music maker 17, is the creation mine for commercial use?
Robota, Drum and Bass, Atmos, Beatbox are synthesizers that have preprogrammed beats/sounds. If I modify the notes, pattern and use these synthesizers in my projects, then do I own the creation and therefore can use it commercially for profit in

RE: Do I own the rights to the song I create in Music Maker?
It's true that MM-16 and earlier versions are not "commercially friendly". However, for the MM-17 soundpool, you DO now have the option of purchasing a license to allow commerial use. However, it is not cheap...$199.99 (USD). One would

RE: Do I own the rights to the song I create in Music Maker?
So, to answer FrosteBite's original question... Yes, you do own the rights to the song, HOWEVER, those rights are LIMITED. You have the right to use for personal enjoyment. You have the right to distribute and for public performance.

RE: Do I own the rights to the song I create in Music Maker?
No, not really. Within the last year, MAGIX has changed its EULA (End User's License Agreement) to exclude ALL commercial uses. You do have the right to use them only for your own personal enjoyment. Since it is not clearly defined in the

(From the article) "Melodyne Editor is indeed the revolution we expected, thanks to its DNA technology. The algorithm is not infallible and (still?) doesn't allow to entirely de-mix a song, though it was probably never intended for full

RE: sampling a song
It is not entirely clear what you are asking. What do you mean by, "diagnose the song"? If we are to surmize what you mean, then breasdaddy75 is correct. You cannot separate the track into its constituent parts. It's like trying to

RE: Magix Team Blocking Sond for Copyright, when only using materials from Sound Pool DVD 17 and Premium 16

RE: Magix Team Blocking Sond for Copyright, when only using materials from Sound Pool DVD 17 and Premium 16
What do you mean by "blocking"? Do you mean blocking from posting songs to this website? Within the last year, MAGIX has chosen to enforce their full rights under the US copyright laws, although their EULA does not make this perfectly

Absolutely! I've done it to at least three of my favorite "oldies". There are limits to what can be done in MMM, but you'd be surprised what you can do with a solid knowledge of the software and your own imagination. Obviously, the results

RE: Sampling Vocals and putting them into a different song.
It is also copyrighted material, so you really can't legally do anything with it even if you could extract it. To do what you want, you'd have to obtain the original multi-track recordings. Good luck with that. Actually, you can do
