    RE: video layers not behaving
Hi wrice, I think there are two things wrong: 1. Your foreground and background clips need cropping so that they all fill the screen. Just select all of them, right click and use Cut automatically to fit screen. (Or shortcut Alt+Shift+B) 2.

    RE: video layers not behaving
Carl - no - the screen is visibly wider than any of the original images. All images are still, no video in the video! :) I set the middle layer panning and that is what extended the edges; however, I did a short version by editing out the rest

Hi, I don't think I've understood that confidently enough to attempt reproducing it with your object sizes. Make a small project exhibiting the problem and (assuming you have the facility in your unspecified version of MEP) use File > Backup

    video layers not behaving
I have three layers of stills that I want to use to produce a moving image; the back layer is a starfield, the mid-layer is a debris field and the front layer is a driver in a vehicle. You can see through the window - I made the window white, set

Hi If you are viewing 512x384 and 25 fps full screen on your 1440x900 monitor you will see quality problems very clearly.  What does the quality look like when they are viewed at 512x384 ? Similarly if you are trying to convert DVD video to

RE: finding the HI MH ML LO in the mixer in Music maker 17. like in music maker 11?
I'm not asking about an equalizer. MM-11 had knobs just like the ones for panning in mm-17 for the Hi's and LO's. I liked those knobs so if i chose to change the HI MH ML LO settings i could. I was just curious... seems like i've irritated you by

If you are asking about some kind of equalization, it would be helpful if you actually said so. In MM-17, just above the Pan knobs on the mixer, you will see a button marked "EQ". Click on it and see what happens.

finding the HI MH ML LO in the mixer in Music maker 17. like in music maker 11?
In music maker 11 the mixer gave you the option to tweek the HI MH ML LO right above the panning switch. And in music maker 17 the mixer is missing this. Is it somewhere else? I'm not trying to master just tweek an individual track.

RE: How to isolate right channel audio from left channel audio in Magix Video Pro X3/ X4 ?
I wonder why you need to do this? However, one way it can be done is to copy the original audio track and place the copy on the timeline directly below the original, taking care to align them very accurately. Then, using the Pan control, either
