  @Juan-Gonzalez3337 I have just noticed on the video exif data a QuickTime marker on the audio codec. Do you have QuickTime on your computer? If not try downloading it. The last version for Windows which is very old, and see if that works. Ray.

  I have also noticed that the playback cursor (orange marker) does not "snap" into place when I get it near the edge of an object. Is that also a setting in Movie Edit Pro that you can set and unset? (I want it to snap) Thanks!
