RE: ACID PRO MOST STABLE VERSION??!!!!
I've been using Acid as my main mixing DAW for over 20 years and I have never found it to be any more unstable than any other computer program, let alone DAW. Quite the opposite. I started on 3.0, and I cut my first records on 5.0, and I think I ran

RE: BEATBOX 2 WITH NEW 2023 INSTALL

RE: HEVC compression artifacts
@nicolesharp100 Hi. "Use dithering for output" reduces banding of large areas of gradual tonal colour change and prevents 'Banding' of contrast such as John's 'rings'. I notice it happens on my video content a lot if not switched on but others may

The Power Buttons in FX.... gray, blue, and white. Is blue "on"?
Hi, another question from a newbie. Sorry. I tried searching for this but can't find it. I'm very confused about those power buttons in the FX tab. So, some of them are gray (Compressor, Tempo, Stereo Processor), some are blue (Echo, Reverb) and

RE: VHS captures, video "washed-out"
@AAProds, Thank you for the link to the histogram tutorial. It was excellent and I plan to include it in my analog capture toolkit.Fortunately, with the Startech dongle, I am able to access the VDub's Proc amps via Video/Levels and adjust them in

EQ and maybe related Audio plug-in glitch sounds using Acid 9
In old versions of Acid, if I wanted to EQ a track, I would click the "Track FX" button and it would automatically give me the various slopes to edit, such as bass, treble, etc. in four

are you using the current version of sound forge? I mostly use SF Pro 15, Pro 16 has bugs (that will allegedly be fixed in the next update) that affects third-party 32 bit plug-ins to display oddly (unusable), The plugs display normally in the x86

@Bigangbo That's great. The file I have only takes me a half hour to re-render. To keep the quality I have rendered the file at a slightly higher bit rate to prevent any compression of the image content and is effectively a constant bit rate

Point to note only one of my MVP,s has this fault so it is not the programme, the windows or graphics card but an instruction in the project folder that is causing this. I have been through entire MVP PIP settings so that they are reset at 4/3 ratio
