@CubeAce Hi Ray, Please don't try to make the feature do more than was intended. As per the manual, a mixdown creates a stereo wave file, "optimized" meaning normalized. It normalizes the result, not the audio of each object as you seem to imply.

Yeah sometimes i get that, i use mouse mode for all tracks a lot of the time, Z & U on the keyboard closes them automatically but when dragging n snapping it can still leave a gap of a frame or two, I normally click the Take me to the gap/space
