RE: Video editing. burning video without sound on the finish product
Hi If the audio is not all on one track or there is too much to reduce to zero volume or you wish to keep the original project with sound -  you can export the video with no sound and then import this into a new project, set up any chapters you

I am beyond frustrated, and hoping someone can help me.  I have Movie Edit Pro 16 Plus.  My computer is an HP quadcore, and I know it is sufficient, because I have burned numerous blu ray discs in the past with this same computer and Magix

RE: Capture still image as jpg from movie?
Hi Arthur BTW why are you using Nero to burn the DVD as opposed to the magix authoring? Best Peter I use Nero, Peter.  About all it's good for any more.  The first time Magix created a BD coaster I went back to it (Nero) in an

Capture still image as jpg from movie?
Greetings. Movie Edit Pro MX is version 18 and you are patched to the latest version 11.0.5.0 (UDC2). The manual seems to be silent on this matter.  Is there a way to capture a frame appearing on the Magix monitor and save it for later use in

burned blu ray disk will play on pc but not on table top Sony player
I am using MEP 17 Plus HD, ver 10.0.12.2 on a WIN 7, 64 bit pc.   When burning a project to a blu ray disk, the disk will play on my pc using CyberLink Power DVD software, but will not play on my table top Sony blu ray player BDP S580 at all.

RE: How do you make your slideshow continuously loop on photostory deluxe 9
sgrsnd, Can' say for PhotoStory, but in Movie Edit Pro a right click on the play button within the DVD burn window (editing mode) brings up a menu with a 'Properties' option. There you can choose the action at the end of a

    RE: OT: WDTV puzzle
Hi Terry I believe the DVD menus can be accessed from WDTV - try selecting the smaller VOB in the disc image folder. Those encoder setting should say the same thing but I do notice that the first window is greyed out in that area. I do not

RE: How do I edit the DVD Menu buttons?
You've picked a template that's going to be tough if not impossible to change the button text IMO. If you click In Arranger from DVD Edit mode you'll see that the Play button's 'text' is actually a bitmap, layered into the two files in tracks 15

I have tried right clicking and choosing Properties. The text I want is in the edit tab but not on the final menu. It's not letting me customize it. I'm using the template in User-defined and it's titled "Weicher Verlauf" next to the Train and

Hi,   There are 82 DVD menu templates in my MEP 2013 setup and after 20 minutes I've given up searching. So please tell us which one you're talking about. Then you need to clarify exactly what you've done. A screenshot would be a good

Thanks again, George.  I can happily report that Magix did a good thing here. I have a copy of the Sydney 2000 Olympics Opening Ceremony DVD set.  It's of course in PAL format (and 4:3 also). I managed to save one of the discs to this

    DVD size relative to MP4
As usual, I exported my latest project as a 1920 x 1080 MP4. Its size was 4.3 GB and it played for 1½  hours on my TV via WDTV. I then added a menu and rendered it as an SD DVD. MEP 2013 advised that it needed 6.7 GB, so I've obviously allowed
